They had an eCommerce website built on 3DCart that looked dated and took multiple clicks and search efforts to find the wanted part. Images were displayed in a small ratio and inconsistent manner. Making any design changes to the HOME page or other parts of the website was cumbersome, technical or not possible – and often didn’t look very good or contemporary.
3DCart was an older eComm platform and the client was locked into their system with a monthly subscription, limited customization options and a platform built on a codebase that is old technology.
